Q1: Is it necessary to download professional software such as OBS/Vmix/Potplayer for video capture and recording?
A: MacOS system users can use QuickTime Player for video recording/capture. Windows system users can use the built-in screen recording function on their laptops. Software such as OBS/Vmix/Potplayer can help you achieve better video recording effects.
Q2: How to solve the problem of being able to capture images but unable to capture sound/audio?
A: 1. Please open the laptop/PC Settings, turn on privacy, turn on the microphone privacy permission, allow the application to access your microphone, and then restart the computer.
2. If you are using OBS software for capture, you need to select “advanced audio settings” on the audio input side of OBS software and select “listening” only on the sound side.
3. If your video input source is a laptop/PC, please check the sound settings in the laptop/PC system Settings at the input end and check whether the sound output is a capture card device.
4. If your video input source is a PC or laptop, suggest opening the computer's OBS software for input.

5. If your video input source is the camera, please confirm whether the HDMI interface of the camera supports audio output.
Q3: Why cannot it be achieved 4K@30Hz Pass-through(Loop-out) Parameter?
A: Firstly, ensure that both the input source and output device support 4K parameters. Secondly, connect HDMI IN port and HDMI OUT port, ensure HDMI OUT device achieves 4K video quality. Thirdly, connect to the Type-C interface for video capture.
Q4: How to solve the problem of whistling/sharp sound when the capture card is connected to the PC?
A: Check the OBS software settings of the input PC and the PC for capture. Open "Advanced audio properties" and change the "microphone/Aux" section to "Monitor Off".
