A: 1. Check whether the device is started normally and set the HDMI output.
2. If the device has an HDCP function, please turn off HDCP function first and then re-capture the screen.
3. Confirm that the device can output HDMI signal (for example, the HDMI of some old cameras can only display videos/photos taken and cannot output the camera lens).

Q: Screen successfully captured, but no sound?

A: 1. In the Windows system, check “Sound settings”→“Recording”→“Properties” → “Listen”. If the “Listen to this device” option is not selected, select it and restart the computer /device.
2. Open “Computer Settings”→“Privacy”→“Microphone Privacy Privileges On” → “Allow software (apps) to access your microphone”. Done or no sound restart the computer /device.
3.The lack of camera microphone sound may be due to the camera not supporting real-time output of sound to HDMI. Customers can connect their microphone to the capture card/computer for use.

Q: Feel the noticeable delay?

A: 1. If your device is a laptop, first connect the laptop to the power supply and then connect it to the capture card.
2. If your device is a desktop computer, connect the USB port of the capture card to the USB port on the rear of the computer to capture the screen again.

Q: The loop-out function shows the screen, but it does not capture the screen on the computer?

A: 1. First unplug HDMI OUT and then unplug the HDMI IN line, and then the computer re-captures the screen, and then connect the loop out after the computer captures the screen.
2. If it is a game console device, please turn off the HDCP function and restart the game console. Pull the HDMI out cable, and connect the loop-out function after the computer captures the screen.
